The 2524 BW-TEC Laser Cutting Machine is used to precisely cut stent graft material along the end crown pattern.
A vision system identifies each stent, and the software creates a cut path based on user defined parameters.
Both ends of multiple stents can be trimmed in one setup.
The machine is equipped with a PLC control, a PC with touch screen and the user-friendly BW-TEC HMI. Process parameters for individual products can be stored in separate recipes. Option to connect with production databases. The machine meets the highest safety requirements.
