The 2349 1UP Inspection Device was developed for balloon catheter tests according to DIN EN ISO 10555.
The testing is performed in a tempered water bath with precise pressure control and an optical micrometer. Pressure cycles for products with different requirements can be defined and saved as recipes. The test result is generated as XPS or PDF and can be saved locally or on a network folder. The network compatibility allows a connection to an external database.
Burst Test: continuous pressure increase with defined speed to burst pressure
Compliance/Multiple Inflation Test: gradual pressure increase with dwell times for measuring the compliance balloon diameter
Inflation and deflation measurement: cycle measurement filling and emptying of the product
